To assist workers in reaching the upper portions of a Semi Tractor, this LPI lift was designed with adjustable legs to accommodate multiple sizes of Tractors.  The lift platform, which is mounted on steel, locking swivel casters, can be manually positioned over the chassis of the product.  The adjustable stairs, located on each side, allow access to the pneumatic/hydraulic scissors lift mounted on top of the straddle base.
The base, which has a clear height of 65” or 77”, supports the scissors lift that has a maximum raised height of 133”, providing a working height up to 205”.  Operator controls to raise and lower the platform are located in the platform and on the base of the unit. 
With a custom platform to fit the product, units like this provide a safer alternative to ladders and scaffolds, allowing workers to ergonomically position themselves, and increase productivity.
